Water jet cutting

An integral part of our service portfolio since the company was founded – high-precision 2D waterjet cutting. In addition to our many years of expertise, the following technical features are also impressive.

CNC bending

State-of-the-art, computer-controlled bending technology for prototypes, small and medium series impress with exact angles and remarkable accuracy. The CNC bending machine produces complex shapes and guarantees consistent results.

CNC milling

The two-dimensional CNC machining center with tool changer and zero-point clamping system enables the precise computer-controlled machining of very small parts and thin materials. High accuracy, repeatability and productivity enable the production of complex parts with tight tolerances.

Wire EDM

This non-contact cutting process uses a controlled electrical spark discharge to cut small and complex parts up to 200 mm thick from conductive materials. A wire is guided under electrical voltage to the workpiece to be processed. The workpiece is placed in a liquid dielectric containing deionized water.

Laser marking

Are you looking for a durable, resistant way to mark your products or components? Then we have the right solution for you: marking your workpieces using a laser beam. By using a focused laser beam, the surface of your workpiece is heated and melts or vaporizes.

Comprehensive processing from a single source

The range of processing options offered by DeSta::Microcut includes three cutting technologies as well as further processing through bending, milling, surface finishing and individual post-processing, including vibratory grinding. The focus here is on meeting individual customer requirements from the preparation of the quotation to the dispatch of the finished workpieces.
